Compassionate Care Awards Planned For June 21

Hope After Loss, Inc.®, a  non-profit organization helping those who experience pregnancy and/or infant loss to find the inspiration of hope by providing connections, comfort, and care, will present its 2018 Compassionate Care Awards at the International Wine and Craft Beer Tasting on Thursday, June 21, 2018 from 6-9 p.m. at Woodwinds, 29 School Ground Road, Branford, Connecticut.
The Compassionate Care Awards recognize and promote excellence in the care of families who have lost a pregnancy and/or infant.  This year’s distinguished honorees are Charlene Cannon, RN (Yale), Ana Carneiro, RN (Yale), Marianna Erenhouse, RN (Yale), Dr. Steven Peterec (Yale), and Dr. Dina Barnaby, DO (Women’s Obstetrics and Gynecology, PC).
The 2018 Compassionate Care Awards Gala includes a buffet dinner, craft beer and wine tasting, silent auction, and a program to honor this year’s recipients and to thank generous sponsors and contributors. Proceeds from this event will benefit Hope After Loss’s peer-to-peer support groups, the burial assistance program, and educational outreach programs and initiatives.
