TOWN OF ORANGE VEHICLE AND EQUIPMENT PUBLIC AUCTION
The Town of Orange will hold an auction of surplus equipment from the towns of Bethany, Orange and Woodbridge on Friday, November 9, 2018, at 10:30 a.m. at the Highway Dept. Garage, 308 Lambert Road, Orange, CT 06477 on all used vehicles and equipment (to be sold as is/where is, no warranties provided or implied).
Preview starting at 8:00 a.m.
Woodbridge and Bethany both are involved again, (with few items).

TERMS OF SALE:  Cash or Cashier’s check (no personal checks or credit/debit cards accepted). The balance of full purchase price must be paid within two (2) business days of auction or sooner. Item(s) must be picked up within two (2) business days. All sales are final. All towns have the right to reject any and all bids. Payment must be paid to town items are purchased from. Tables are marked. Town of Orange items must be paid for at garage office.

There may be defects not noted at the time of sale. All items are sold “As Is” with NO WARRANTIES. The Town of Orange assumes no responsibility for repairs regardless of any oral statements about the item. Buyer will be responsible for all costs for any repairs.

These terms were agreed to by purchaser by signature on “Sign-On” sheet at registration.

The Town has the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
