The Orange Recycling Committee works hard throughout the year on various ways to make residents’ lives better.
One particular event that everyone appreciates each year is the free document shredding day at High Plains Community Center. When paired with the Haz Waste collection, it is the ultimate homeowner’s paradise. What could be better than being able to rid your home of boxes or bags filled with personal papers in a guaranteed safe, secure fashion. Being able to dispose of your old paint, etc, AND old electronics without having to leave town, is just a bonus.
So start gathering your “stuff” and mark your new calendars for the first Orange Recycling Committee Shredding and HazWaste Day on April 27, 2024.
