One Dead, Six Injured in Route 15 Car Crash On Friday August 15, 2021 by Orange Live A New Jersey woman died and six others were seriously injured following a single-car crash on the Woodbridge/Orange town line Friday afternoon around 2 p.m. The car was traveling northbound on the Wilbur Cross Parkway and for some unknown reason, it veered into the right shoulder and struck a tree just north of Exit 58. A passenger in the vehicle, Siryania Albino-DeFernandez, 30, of New Jersey, suffered life-threatening injuries, and later died at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Three other adults and three children were seriously injured and brought to Yale-New Haven Hospital. The northbound side of Route 15 was closed for a long time after the accident on Friday afternoon.
