Officers responded to a dispute complaint on Meetinghouse Circle at 3:28 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 1.
Investigation revealed that Cesar John Delaza Jr. 37, of Orange was involved in the incident which turned physical.
Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.
Delaza was released after posting a $1,000 bond for court on Feb. 15.
