On Sunday, Dec. 14 at 3:18 p.m., Orange police responded to 115 Boston Post Road (Ben’s Shell Station) for an altercation.
The investigation revealed that Richard A. Shepard Jr., 31, of Stratford was involved in the altercation which turned physical in nature when he broke a door and pushed another person.
Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.
Shepard was held on a $2,500 bond and received a court date of Dec. 15.
