On Saturday, May 3, at 3:06 p.m. Orange police responded to the Yale New Haven Hospital to pick up Luke C. Whitmore, 38, of Branford, who held an active arrest warrant out of the Town of Orange.
According to the report, the warrant stemmed from an incident that occurred two days prior on May 1, at the Geico Insurance Company.
Subsequently, Whitmore was taken into custody and charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree stalking.
He was held on a $50,000 bond and received a court date of May 5.
