Orange police responded to Homewood Suites at 99 Marsh Hill Road regarding an altercation in the hotel on Thursday, July 25, at 3:52 a.m.
According to the report, officers determined that Tim Ryan, 41, from the United Kingdom was involved in the altercation which turned physical in nature. Ryan also provided officers with a
false name.
Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged with second-degree breach of peace and interference/resisting arrest.
Ryan was held on a $10,000 bond and received a court date of July 26.
