On Sunday, October 5 at 11:27 p.m. Orange police patrolling the Boston Post Road reportedly observed a car with an erratic driver.
The officers stopped the car and spoke to the driver, Gerson E. Guillen, 55, of Waterbury. He was asked to perform Standardized Sobriety Field Tests, after which he was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Guillen posted a $300 bond and received a court date of Oct. 20.
