A Derby man turned himself in at police headquarters on an active warrant on Nov. 26 at 4:09 p.m.
According to the report, the warrant stemmed from an incident Sept. 16, involving a Breach of Peace complaint on Derby Avenue.
Samuel Rizzitelli, 49, of Derby, was taken into custody and charged with second-degree breach of peace.
He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 10.
