On Friday, May 14, at 10:52 a.m., Orange Police responded to a shoplifting complaint at ShopRite, at 259 Bull Hill Lane. Â
The investigation revealed that Brian Small, 43, of New Haven took $112 worth of merchandise without paying. Â Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged with sixth-degree larceny.
He was released on a promise to appear in court on June 7.
