On Sunday, March 13 at 2:59 p.m. officers responded to the Orange Police Department in regards to a woman being followed in her vehicle by another unknown vehicle.
The woman drove to the police department and the other vehicle followed her into the parking lot. Officers were able to stop that vehicle and spoke to the driver, Westley G. Fernandes, 24, of Bridgeport.
Fernandes was taken into custody and charged with third-degree criminal trespass and second-degree stalking.
He posted a $1,000 bond and received a court date of March 14.
