Orange police made a motor vehicle stop on the Boston Post Road on Thursday, May 11 at 3:34 p.m.
During the stop, officers spoke to Hasson Hallett, 32, of New Haven, and through their investigation it was discovered that he held an active restraining order with another person. According to the report that person was located in the vehicle making Hasson Hallett in violation of this order.
Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged with violation of a restraining order
Hallett posted a $5,000 bond and received a court date of May 12.
