On August 8, officers responded to the Orange Police Department at 4:51 p.m. to process Matthew W. Hurlbert, 28, of New Haven, who was turning himself in on an active arrest warrant.
According to the report, the warrant stemmed from an incident that occurred on July 28 at Plato’s Closet. Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged sith voyeurism with malice and disorderly conduct.
Hurlbert received a promise to appear in court on Aug. 9.
