On Thursday, June 8, Orange police responded to 80 Boston Post Road (Burlington) at 4:48 p.m. regarding a shoplifting in progress complaint.
During the investigation, Officers came into contact with Michael A. Mention, 61, of West Haven, and discovered that he stole $67 worth of merchandise.
Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged with sixth-degree larceny.
Mention was released on a promise to appear in court on June 22.
