On Sunday, Aug. 25, Officers responded to the area of Derby Milford Road at 6:55 a.m. for a vehicle in the middle of the roadway with rear-end damage.
During the investigation, officers spoke to the driver, Sean J. Davis-Fletcher, 37, of Bridgeport. He was asked to perform Standardized Field Sobriety Tests.
Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
According to the report, Davis-Fletcher posted a $500 bond and received a court date of Sept. 9.
