On Wednesday, Aug. 28 at 11:11 p.m., Orange police were dispatched to the area of 151 Boston Post Road on a report of an erratic driver. Officers located the vehicle, and pulled it over.
During the stop, officers came spoke with the driver, Ramon Salano-Ramirez, 43, of New Haven which led to them administering Standardized Sobriety Field Tests.
Subsequently, Salano-Ramirez was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
He posted a $1,000 bond and received a court date of Sept. 12.
