The family of Joshwua Figueroa, who was shot to death at Town Fair Tire on Dec. 26, 2020 may be able to rest a little easier now that their son’s accused killer has been charged with the murder.
Last week, on Monday, Dec. 20, Orange police responded to the Derby Court at 9:54 a.m. to meet with Inmate Terrance C. Allen, 25, of New Haven who was being held on unrelated charges.
According to the report, Allen held an active arrest warrant out of the Town of Orange stemming from an incident that occurred on Dec. 26, 2020 at Town Fair Tire on the Boston Post Road.
Subsequently, he was charged and at the Courthouse with murder, criminal weapon possession, and tampering with evidence. He was arraigned at the Derby Court that day.
