On Tuesday, May 4, Orange Police responded to the Milford Courthouse at 12:16 p.m. to meet with Orange resident Steven Brutsche, 56, who had an active warrant stemming from an April 22 incident.
Brutsche was arraigned at the Milford Court and charged with second-degree threatening, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree harassment, and violation of court conditions.
