On Monday, April 3, officers responded to the Orange Police Department at 1:22 p.m. to process Kurt Fritz, 39, of Orange, who was turning himself in on an active arrest warrant.
According to the report, the warrant stemmed from an incident that occurred on Grace Trail on March 16.
Fritz was taken into custody and charged wih voyeurism with malice and second-degree breach of peace.
He posted a $5,000 bond and was given a court date of April 4.
