On Sunday, June 23, Orange police were dispatched to the area of Racebrook Elementary School in regard to a vehicle driving erratically in the school parking lot and through the nearby roads.
Responding officers came into contact with Matthew R. Trueblood, 29, of Orange, who, it was discovered was driving recklessly and caused damage to the newly painted parking spaces at Racebrook Elementary School.
He was taken into custody and charged with third-degree criminal mischief and reckless driving.
Trueblood posted a $500 bond and received a court date of July 8.
