Officers responded to Marsh Hill Road by the I-95 ramp a report of an assault on Monday, April 4 at 12:52 p.m.
According to the report, investigation revealed that Elexis N. Soukthicleth, 23, of New Haven attacked another person with pepper spray while in the presence of a young child.
Subsequently, she was taken into custody and charged with third-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment, risk of injury to a minor, and disorderly conduct.
Soukthicleth posted a $10,000 bond and received a court date of April 5.
