On March 18, Orange police officers reported to OPD Headquarters on Lambert Road at 8:19 p.m. to process Tabitha L. Avery, 34, of West Haven who was turning herself in on an active arrest warrant.
The warrant stemmed from an incident that occurred on January 5 at the Homewood Suites involving Avery throwing items at another individual. Subsequently, she was taken into custody and charged with second-degree breach of peace.
Avery was released on a promise to appear in court on April 14.
