On Saturday, Nov. 23 at 4:52 p.m., officers responded to the Orange Police Department to process Michael S. Dolan, 40, of Orange, who was turning himself in on an active arrest warrant.
The warrant stemmed from an incident on Nov. 21 on the Boston Post Road.
Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, and disorderly conduct.
Dolan received a promise to appear in court on Nov. 25.
