On Monday, Jan. 8, at 2:11 p.m. Orange police observed Kyle A. Petrokansky, 36, of Wolcott, exiting 80 Boston Post Road (Burlington).
According to the report, Petrokansky had previously trespassed at the store. Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
He received a promise to appear in court on Jan. 22.
