Orange police responded to a disturbance complaint at 99 Marsh Hill Road (Homewood Suites) on Tuesday, Jan. 12 at 6:41 p.m.
The officers’ investigation revealed that Terrell T. Montgomery, 24, of Orange struck another party. Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
Montgomery was held on a $5,000 bond and received a court date of 01/13/21
