At 8:18 a.m. on August 31, 2020, Frank Peter Marrello III., 56, of Orange came to the Orange Police Department to turn himself in on an active warrant for first-degree sexual assault.
According to police, this charge stems from multiple incidents reported on Alpom Drive on August 21, 2019, involving Marrello, who was accused of sexually assaulting another person.
Marrello was taken into custody and charged with first-degree sexual assault. He was held on a $200,000 bond and given a court date of August 31 in Milford.
