Jewelers of America (JA), the national trade association for businesses serving the fine jewelry marketplace, has named Bobby Bengivengo Jr. as one of the recipients of the 20 Under 40 Program. The national initiative honors exceptional young professionals under the age of 40 who exemplify leadership, innovation, and a commitment to excellence in the fine jewelry industry.
The 20 Under 40 Program was launched in 2022 to highlight emerging talent in the jewelry retail space. In 2025, Jewelers of America expanded the program to include a second category—Jewelry Suppliers—to recognize the vital contributions of individuals working in design, manufacturing, wholesale, and service companies that support the jewelry retail market. This year, a total of 40 rising stars were selected: 20 from jewelry retail and 20 from the supplier sector.

Award recipients were carefully selected by a panel of industry experts based on their professional success, leadership abilities, innovative approach, and dedication to the jewelry community. All honorees also demonstrated alignment with Jewelers of America’s Code of Professional Practices and uphold the highest standards of professional ethics.

JA representatives will present the award at Cellini Design Jewelers, 464 Boston Post Rd, Suite 3, Orange, on Friday, July 10, at noon.
