Rain, Rain, Go Away…Wet And Windy, But Not Apocalyptic

The weather outside is simply awful, wet and windy and the areas of town that see frequent flooding may see puddling but shouldn’t be in danger of destructive floodwater incursion.
Tonight expect showers before 11 p.m., then rain mainly between 11 p.m. and 3 a.m.
It’s expected to be cold with a low around 49, and breezy with a north wind of 17-22 mph and gusts as high as 33 mph.
New rainfall amounts of between 1/4 and 1/2 inch are possible.
Tomorrow, expect some showers mainly before 7 a.m. The day will be mostly cloudy, with a high near 58. We should experience northerly wind  of 16 to 18 mph, with gusts as high as 32 mph.
At night it’s expected to be mostly cloudy, with the temperature dropping to around 42 and that northerly wind going down to about 6 to 14 mph.
