Congregation Or Shalom will host its third annual Shabbat service at the beach on Friday evening, July 27 at 7 p.m.
This gathering, sponsored by the Men’s Club, will take place at Gulf Beach, 460 Gulf Street, Milford.
Carpool: Meet 6:15 pm at the Synagogue parking lot
Driving: (Coming from the Synagogue, drive to the light at the corner of Cherry St & Gulf St …turn left onto Gulf St… Proceed till you arrive at the beach. Set your GPS for 460 Gulf St) Look for us on the beach alongside the the inlet, to the right of the Goody’s concession.
Men’s Club members will welcome you and point to where we’ll be.
The service will begin at the usual 7 pm time. (Feel free to arrive earlier – bring a picnic if you’d like and dress casually (The rabbi promises not to wear a tie)
IMPORTANT: BRING A BLANKET OR A BEACH CHAIR! PLEASE BRING HATS (Yarmulkas fly away!)
