The Orange Police have identified the man who died of his injuries in the head-on crash on Route 34 on Sunday.
The driver was identified as Dante McClashie, 28, of Waterbury.
Three of the four other injured people have been treated and released from the hospital, but one remains hospitalized in stable condition.
