On Saturday, May 25 at 4:41 p.m. Orange police responded to the parking lot of the shopping plaza at 297 Boston Post Road regarding an altercation in the parking lot.
During the investigation, officers came into contact with Tammy L. Maloney, 58, of Thomaston. It was discovered that she was involved in the altercation which turned physical.
Subsequently, she was taken into custody and charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.
Maloney was released after posting a $2,500 bond and she received a court date of May 28.
