Orange Police, Man Caught Shoplifting From Clothing Store

On Wednesday, June 30, Orange police responded to TJ Maxx, 556 Boston Post Road at 6:34 p.m., on a shoplifting complaint. 
Investigation revealed that Vito Badalamenti, 51, of Shelton took $246 worth of merchandise without paying for it.  Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged with sixth-degree larceny.
Badalamenti was released after posting a $500 bond and received a court date of July 12.
