Officers responded to Orange Police Headquarters at 314 Lambert Road to process William M. Andranovich Jr., 23, of West Haven, who was turning himself in on an active arrest warrant on Wednesday, Dec. 8 at 12:45 p.m.
According to police, the warrant stemmed from an incident at the Orange Ale House on Nov. 12.
Subsequently, Andranovich was taken into custody and charged with evading responsibility.
He was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 22.
