On Thursday, Dec. 2, orange police stopped a car on the Boston Post Road for a violation at 5:20 p.m.
During the investigation, officers learned that the driver, Mizraim Vega, 32, of Uncansville, had an active arrest warrant out of New Haven for second-degree Failure to Appear in court.
Vega was taken into custody and charged, then released on a promise to appear in court on Dec.16.
