On Wednesday, Feb. 5, the Amity Spartans hosted the North Branford Hornets in West Haven.
Amity slayed their guests 6-1 in this conference game, bringing their season record to 8-2-1.
Here’s how it played out.
First Period
Amity scored the first goal and denied North Branford any glory.
Second Period
The Hornets scored one goal, but Amity added two more, taking a comfortable 3-1 lead.
Third Period
The Spartans dominated the final period, scoring three more goals and squashing the Hornets 6-1.
