The Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd, 680 Racebrook Road, Orange, will host its annual Blessing of the Animals on Sunday, Oct. 7 at 4:30 p.m.
All are welcome to bring their furry (and feathered and slimy) friends to The Church of the Good Shepherd for a blessing of our faithful companions.
All interested pet owners should arrive at 4:30 pm for a Blessing and Holy Eucharist with your animals leashed or in carriers and stay for refreshments and fellowship in the Parish Hall following the service. Stuffed animals and photographs of pets, living and deceased also will be blessed.
