On Monday, December 28, the Orange Police Department swore in its newest officer, Luisangel Valdovinos.Luisangel is a 2015 graduate of Southern Connecticut State University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in History.
He graduated from the Hartford Police Academy in 2019 and had been working as a police officer for the City of Hartford.
Luisangel will be assigned to the patrol division after a brief training period.
