On Friday, Feb. 4, patrol officers responded to the Orange Police Department at 6:05 p.m. to process Kenneth P. Manzari Jr., 28, of West Haven, who was turning himself in on an active arrest warrant.
The warrant stemmed from an incident that occurred on Christmas, Dec. 25, 2021.
Manzari was taken into custody and charged with carrying a weapon in a motor vehicle.
He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 18.
