This is one of the grossest police blotter items I’ve seen in 25 years.
On Monday, Dec. 15 at 6:01 a.m. Orange police were transporting Christopher A. Creta, 44, of Meridan to receive his prescribed medication and advised him to stop spitting in the police cruiser.
Creta failed to do so and continuously spit in the cruiser disregarding all orders.
According to the report Creta filled the rear compartment seats with spit. Subsequently, he was charged with third-degree criminal mischief for his deliberate actions.
Creta received a promise to appear in court later that day.
