On Thursday, May 6, at 11:34 a.m., officers responded to Police Headquarters at 314 Lambert Road to process Linval S. Dillon, 36, of West Haven, who was turning himself in on an active warrant.
The warrant stemmed from an incident that occurred on Dec. 21, 2000, on Derby Avenue.
Dillon was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of a controlled substance, and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
He was released after posting a $10,000 bond and received a court date of June 2.
