On Tuesday, May 4 at 4:42 p.m. Orange police responded to Police Headquarters to process Saba Seyal, 20, of Derby, who was turning herself in on an active arrest warrant.
The warrant stemmed from an incident that occurred on April 25 at 85 Boston Post Road (Goodwill Store). Subsequently, she was taken into custody and charged with second-degree threatening and two counts of second-degree breach of peace.
Seyal was released on a promise to appear in court on May 5.
