On Wednesday, Feb. 16, at 12:07 p.m. Orange Police responded to the Derby Court to serve an active warrant on Nicholas M. Goerig, 42, of Milford.
The warrant charged Goerig with running from the police, traveling too fast for conditions and driving with a suspended license.
Goerig was held at the Derby Court on a $10,000 court set bond.
He was arraigned at the court.
