On Friday, Sept. 9, officers responded to the Orange Police Department at 1145 a.m. to process Daniel P. Sciuto, 40, of West Haven, who was turning himself in on an active arrest warrant.
The warrant stemmed from a July 15 incident that occurred on Edison Road.
Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and disorderly conduct.
Sciuto received a promise to appear in court on Sept. 12.
