Officers were dispatched to 223 Boston Post Road (the area of the old Roly Poly) in regards to a dispute in the parking lot on Wednesday, April 13 at 6:59 p.m.
Investigation revealed that Kenyatta Malcolm Harris Jr., 20, of Windsor was involved in the dispute and destroyed another person’s property during the altercation. Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.
Harris posted a $1,000 bond and received a court date of April 14.
