Orange police made a traffic stop on the Boston Post Road on Tuesday, Feb. 1 at 8:26 p.m.
During the stop they spoke to the driver, Tayvon J. Gomes, 25, of New Haven.
investigation revealed that the vehicle was reported stolen out of New Haven and Gomes was taken into custody and charged with second-degree larceny.
He was held on a $5,000 bond and received a court date of Feb. 2.
