On Saturday, July 12 at 1:19 a.m., Orange police patrolling the Boston Post Road observed a motor vehicle driving erratically.
According to the report, officers stopped the vehicle on the Boston Post Road at South Orange Center Road and spoke with the driver, James S. Schade, 30, of Milford. Police administered Standardized Sobriety Field Tests. Subsequently, Schade was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Schade posted a $500 bond and received a court date of July 24.
