Orange police were called to a motor vehicle accident on Derby Avenue Saturday, Jan. 22 at 7:46 p.m.
During the investigation they spoke to the driver Frank M. Terry IV, 51, of Bridgeport, and asked him to perform Standardized Sobriety Field Tests.
Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.
Terry posted a $500 bond and received a court date of Feb. 8.
