On Saturday, April 24, Darin D. Far, 49, of Fairfield, came to the Orange Police Headquarters on Lambert Road to turn himself in on an active arrest warrant at 1:12 p.m.
According to the report, the warrant stemmed from an incident on April 5 at Connecticut Firearm and Tactical, 501 Boston Post Road,
Far was taken into custody and charged with the illegal sale of an assault weapon.
Far was released after posting a $25,000 bond for court on May 11.
