On July 17 at 7:16 p.m. Orange police responded to the Target store at 25 Boston Post Road on a shoplifting complaint.
According to the report, Randy D. Fleming took $269 worth of merchandise without paying for it.
He was taken into custody and charged with sixth-degree larceny and was released on a promise to appear in court on July 28.
